Marcus Rohrer Spirulina promotes the body purification, fills shortages, supports the metabolism, increases resistance, and supports the natural immune system. The alga Spirulina is a 100% natural energy source with more than 60 nutrients, such as:
- vegetable proteins
- chlorophyll and phycocyanin
- amino acids.
Adults: 3-6 tablets per day.
Children: 1-3 tablets per day.
The first 2 days: 1 tablet per day.
The next 2 days: 2 tablets per day.
The next two days: 3 tablets per day and so on until you have reached the desired daily amount of 3-6 tablets.
Take the tablets with water just before or after meals. With a a slimming programm, take half an hour before meals with a large glass of water. Each morning you can take your daily amount at once or spread throughout the day. It is better not to take in the evening. Otherwise you will be active when you want to go to sleep.

Spirulina can cause with some people skin rash, mild nausea, abdominal pain or headaches. This is often with persons with poor metabolism and with people who use or used a lot of drugs. In such case, you can stop for a few days or temporarily reduce the amount. Then you can increase the amount gradually again. Normally the reactions will disappear within a few days.
